I am using the standard USB that came out of the box to connect my device to my MAC. Deleted Kies 4 MAC. Help Pls! more

Mar 4, 2014 9:18 PM in response to Dahvidaby Dee002,The problem is the galaxy note 3 uses a 3.0 USB cable. MacBook's only have 2.0 USB ports. You need to use a 2.0 USB cable with your note 3 for your laptop to read it.

I can use a USB 2.0 cable, but the USB 3.0 cable will not recognize the tablet.
