Why aren't my iTunes movies showing up?
First, confirm that your iTunes connection was successful by checking the Connect Accounts section within your Disney Movies Anywhere Settings. Once you confirm that iTunes is connected, you may need to wait until the servers can finish the syncing process. Larger movie libraries may have longer load times. You may want to select the refresh icon to ensure your synced movies are up to date.
