Mar 28, 2014 4:10 PM in response to cancel1991by shldr2thewheel,so Facetime was on your phone before you upgraded to iOS 7 from what version of iOS? Usually either Facetime is on the phone or not, as some countries do not allow it.

Mar 28, 2014 4:25 PM in response to cancel1991by Ralph Landry1,FaceTime is prohibited by law in UA3, Saudi Arabia, and a number of other middle-eastern countries. You must have bought an iPhone on the grey market, and once updated is permanently blocked from FaceTime...that can never be duded back to that iPhone.
