On Clicking on Restore the S/W Process completed ...
Their is a process Extracting S/W it's ok but after that
Restoring S/W it Hangs ond give ipod cannot be restored. An Unknown error occurred (1439).
I have tryed the solution by creating appleipod.bat file but it does not work..
solve my issue..

It could be signs of damaged hard disk as well.

You can Google for third party repair services or if you are up for the task, purchase the replacement drive and swap it out yourself using instructions over at iFixit.com. They offer replacement parts as well.

internet options
Connections tab
Click LAN Settings
check automatically detect settings
uncheck "use a proxy server"
