Q: Unable to get the scan option with my HP Photosmart 2570 after upgrading to Snow Leopard

Hello.  I am unable to use my scanner after upgrading to Snow Leopard.  I have the HP Photosmart 2750 All in One Series printer/scanner.  This has gone on for too long and am ready to find a solution.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and updated drivers, etc.  I used to be able to scan by finding an old scanned picture and choose new scan, but now my printer doesn't even show the scan option after I reset my printing options. If I press the scan button on the unit, it will only give me the option to print.  I want to save to my desktop so I can send.  Thank you for your help.
