Mar 31, 2014 12:33 PM in response to mississippidjby sorin86,No, this doesn't work for everybody. What worked for me was disabling Bonjour Service. It's known to cause a lot of trouble in Windows. You can disable it in the Task Manager or follow instructions you can find online. There was no need to run iTunes as adminstrator.
