Q: after recovery mode i couldnt verfy my account

my mini ipad locked coz i forget password and securty answer, also i couldnt reach my email to recive resque email coz its locked,,, big isnt???

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.6

there is a message (( Activate ipad this ipad is currently linked to an apple id j******@icloud.com sign in with the apple id that was used to set up this ipad))

actually im not sure about id too. smile face
