Q: iPhone View Stuck At USB Symbol

Dear Sir,

I selected the iTune icon at my iPhone 3G and ever since, a view with USB Connecttor with an Arrow Pointing To an iTune Symbol. I tried to off the iPhone and start again, the view remain there same. I also remove the SIM card and try the same, the view still remain there once the power is back. May I know what has gone wrong and how to solve it ?

Please help me as my iPhone cannot be used at all.

iPhone 3G, I do not know the operating system

It's in recovery mode. It's trying to tell you to plug it into your computer running iTunes. It needs to be restored.
