Apr 3, 2014 1:23 PM in response to mario49by mmjvirtual,Okay I have this same problem. The links call for you to OPEN Itunes click on HELP and check for updated. Problem is, the error message prevents iTunes from opening to begin with. It won't open at all just the error message pops up.

Apr 3, 2014 1:30 PM in response to mmjvirtualby turingtest2,Try my link above... Unless you deliberately attempted to downgrade iTunes you are probably running the latest version, and certainly a version compatible with your library. The library itself is most likely the problem.
