Q: i purchased a 15 dollar itunes card. once i scanned it to my account the balnce became 9.57. how is that possible if i didnt have a balance?!

Dont know how it came up less. I have nothing that costs money to upgrade and nothing is authorized that im aware of....any assistance would be appreciated... Also...how come if the CC doesnt work, why doesnt it take from the itunes card automatically?

If you had an unpaid order and applied the gift card, it would pay for the unpaid order.
