    Hi Unrealbobby,

Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.

If iMovie for iOS is not downloading, make sure that you are connected to Wi-Fi:

The first time you launch the App Store in iOS 7 on your qualifying new or factory-refurbished iOS device, you'll be offered iPhoto, iMovie, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote for free in addition to other free software from Apple.

When you tap Download All and sign in with your Apple ID, the apps will download to your device and appear in your account. If you tap Not Now when you see the offer, you can locate the apps in the App Store and download them one at a time for free. Any apps larger than 100 MB will download only when you're connected to Wi-Fi.

App updates won't download on my iPhone, they just say waiting.

Try tapping the App, so that it changes to Paused instead of Waiting, then tap it again to resume the install.

Make sure you don't have any paused downloads in other apps either, like the App Store or iTunes Store.

    All the best,
