Q: I preordered an album on itunes before it came out. Now it is out and it says I still need to pay but I have payed?

So last month I preordered the She Looks So Perfect - EP by 5 Seconds of Summer. It came out on April 1st, and when I went to download it (it was about 7:30 am), it showed "purchased" but never dowloaded. When I got home at 3:00 pm, I checked again, and it did not say I purchased it, it just showed the price. Does anybody know how I can get it or whats happening?

This is happening on my IPad and IPhone.
