Q: I was sent an iTunes gift card of a specific album. it has been redeemed but how do I find the music

I was sent an iTunes gift card with an album on it. I redeemed it but now I can't find it in iTunes. I could use some help.

iPad mini Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1

If you've redeemed it on your iPad then has the album not downloaded into its Music app ? If not then does it show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app for downloading to Music ?
