Q: unlock my iphone5c

As I bought my iPhone 5c 16GB,White in the USA from Sprint, full price with tax,  unlocked ,it was excepted to be a global phone. But now I come across with some problems in China  using local carrier, everything is working properly except sending text message, and iMessage and Facetime also seem not to work. This is very serious for Apple and me! Will I have the chance to fix this?

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.1

Ask your carrier about this. It's not the phone.

Those features do work on the phone. I have one, and they work fine. So, unless the phone is defective the problem is most likely with your Chinese carrier.

I have read that the Chinese government restricts access to the Internet. If that's true perhaps your carrier does not wish to allow those features on their network. You should ask.

Since you bought the phone in the US you have no warranty coverage in China, so if you take it in for service you will probably have to pay for it.
