Aug 11, 2014 6:23 AM in response to Wentlesby android351,It's unbelievable that we need to look up on a forum "how to delete a video" from our iPads.
I thought iOS was meant to be user-friendly and intuitive? I am here like other people, looking for the answer to the simplest of questions.... how can I delete a TV show from my iPad. I have now found the answer... swipe left over the episode, and a "delete" button appears. This is NOT intuitive. How were we meant to discover this? Come on Apple.. you can do better.

Mar 14, 2015 8:39 PM in response to android351by muzhu18,Goto Videos->TV Show-> Edit then press delete. If you cant delete and a little cloud is showing in the bottom right of the icon its not downloaded and does not take any space but its annoying to see it anyway. To get it off permanently goto Settings->iTunes& App Store->SHOW ALL. Turn off Videos. It will not show.

It is annoying to see...is there no way to permanently delete these from my phone? They are not on my iTunes. I don't want to turn off videos because I will download more videos. Just don't want to see all this old crap that I've either watched or downloaded for free to check out, and now I never want to watch.
I feel like it should be simple, but like with most things Apple, it isn't.

Aug 4, 2015 3:26 PM in response to Demoby Srully,Ok guys i had the same problem on my iTouch 5, there's no Edit button. and there's nothing to swipe or delete bcs it's not downloaded, it's on Cloud.
So this is what you should do:
Go to, Settings>Videos, uncheck "Show iTunes Purchases".
You're now good to go.
