Apr 6, 2014 9:22 PM in response to sbermanby ThanhTranTX,No. I called Apple support center and they said maybe my anti virus blocked so apple could not connect to their server to verify my device. I turned off firewall and real times scan of MacAffee but did not solve the problem.

Apr 6, 2014 9:26 PM in response to ThanhTranTXby sberman,I recommend one more step - turn off McAfee completely (not only the real-time scan) while trying the update. Wait until the update completes before turning it on again.

Apr 6, 2014 11:52 PM in response to sbermanby ThanhTranTX,Now when I plug my phone into my PC, iTunes treats my phone as new or restore from previous back up version. I plugged the phone into my PC before and used iTunes to back it up at leat once. When I click to access my phone, iTunes asked for my permission and on the phone screen displayed 'trust this computer'? How weird. No 'back up' option because iTunes still think my phone is new.
