Does it have cameras? If not, it is an iPad 1 and can not be upgraded further.

Ok, what does happen when you attempt and upgrade from within Settings - General - Software update? it says latest upgraded ver iOS5.1.1 and no further options to upgrade for any iOS ver.
What happens when using iTunes on your syncing computer? here also i shows latest upgraded iOS ver is 5.1.1 no further information

Error messages? There is no options to upgrade further.
What version of iTunes are you using? 11.1.5
What computer operating system? its Windows 7

Apr 8, 2014 5:25 AM in response to bhaskarganigaby Daniel Ebeck,Mactracker, which I trust a lot more than wikia, also agrees that A1337 is an iPad1 (Wifi+3G). iPad2 is models A1395-7. You have a first gen iPad and cannot update your iOS any further.
