I have an iphone 4s,and its wirelless does not work.I sent my iphone to teleservice Turkey and they told me that my phone had some water in its charging area. For this reason altough my telephone's guarantee has not ended up yet,  they do not change the phone.  But ı don't have charging problem. I have a wireless problem and its because of ios 7 and 4s incompatiblity. This is a problem that Apple can solve, because my wireless doesn't work because of a hardware problem not a user error. They tell me that there is a user error in the phone (some water in charging area) But charging area and wireless area are too far from each other . And the user error of water did not cause a wireless problem . Even there is some water in the phone I did not have any problems wit the phone like charging.

What would you like us to do? We can't help with this as your phone has already been damaged. I'm afraid you're out of luck.

You are saying my phone is damaged. But I was able to use it although it has water in it, until wireless problem occured. And wireless problem is not because of my misusing . It  is a  hardware problem and it is not related with water in the charging area. So wireless part in the phone must be still a warranty item. If the water would be in the wireless part then I would understand that my wireless is ruined because of my misusing. But in my case I did not damage wireless by myself. So since it is a hardware problem apple may have something to do with my problem.

According to the warranty, when moisture or water enters the iPhone, (be it close or not so close to damaged part is irrelevant), the warranty is voided.

In addition, you can argue with us all you like, that is not going to change the fact that your warranty is voided.

The last resort suggestion is to take your issue up with Apple Care and see if they accept what you are saying but don't hang on it happening.
