Q: Scanner issues
I have been having scanner issues since upgrading my Mini to Mavericks. Things scan normally but the file does not appear on my computer anywhere. I tried un-installing and reinstalling (through Apple)my driver - no change . I tried to do the same through Canon but get a "Can't read the server error message" whether I use Safari or Firefox.
Suggestions?
I have installed all upgrades, plugged and unplugged everything.

Open Image Capture in you Applications Folder and see if you can send a scan to your desktop using it.
