Switching from one ID to another ID will cause the original ID to be locked out of the iPad for 90 days. Bottom line...don't do it.
Set up an ID for your daughter without a credit card and let her download free content, or use iTunes gift cards for purchased items.
Create iTunes Store account without credit card - Support - Apple
She will have to sign out of your ID on the iPad before she can create the new ID. Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out.
