Q: when my account has disabled how can I delete trusted device in my account?

my account has been disabled for security reason so I tried to reset my password but I activated two-step verfication and now I don't have access to my trusted device.

Now how can I remove that trusted device or enable my account in some way?

Contact itunes support to enable your account.

I did it but they said I have to reset my password from iforgot.apple.com but I can't do that
