Of course. You need OS X 10.7.2 or newer in your Mac and Find my Mac enabled. To enable Find my Mac, open System Preferences > iCloud, and mark "Find my Mac".
To track your Mac, you can use the Find my iPhone app on iPhones, iPads and iPods touch, and http://www.icloud.com on any PC or Mac. Your Mac must be connected to Internet in order to be able to track it.
