Q: To whom it may concern:
Can someone PLEASE help me find verification & proof of a Purchased APP to resolve an outstanding support issue?
I am having issues with an APP that has never worked properly since I updated & downloaded to the PRO Version, the APP is "AutoCAD 360 PRO" from "Autodesk", I have tried to resolve this issue for some time directly with AutoCAD 360 PRO support, requesting help, with no way to get ahold of them the only way has been by sending several email's to their support.
After several attempts I finally have recently been working with a "Specialist", without going into all of the details of what all I have tried, and why it still does not work, it comes to requesting proof of purchase of the APP with my Apple user ID, I have sent them the following info. They however cant find any info with the ID.

APP: AutoCAD 360 PRO
Author: Autodesk
Init. Subscription $49.99
Sales Tax : $3.42
CC Charge $53.41
Can someone Please Verify that this info is indeed correct, And can I request an email of verification or a report if there is a problem.
I really do want this to work, but I am frustrated that it still has not been resolved. Especially paying $53.41 for ?.
