You'll have to create a whole new iCloud account under a different AppleID. You can't just create an email only account. Once created you can add only the email account to your Mac and iOS devices.

No, once it has been created the email account can be used with a PC, an Android device or any of the Apple devices you mentioned.

A whole company you say!Well, you can easily create one, just go to iCloud.com!Once created, you can add folders which are real helpful for support tickets and more, but i'd also recommend Gmail as it can give customers a auto reply mail!

Does your company have a domain name and website?  If it does you should be able to create an email address using the domain name.  For instance, if you company's website is  ABC.com you can have multiple email addresses like "JoeEmployee@ABC.com".  Check with the hosting service that is hosting your business website.
