Apr 12, 2014 12:15 AM in response to josetterdrzby King_Penguin,Is the app not working as described in the store ? Refunds are generally only given for content that doesn't work.
If it's not working then have you tried deleting it and redownloading it via the Purchased link and tried contacting the developer ? If the developer can't/won't help then try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If it's a Mac App Store purchase (this is the iTunes Store forum) then you can contact Mac App Store support via this page : http://www.apple.com/uk/support/mac/app-store/
