Feb 11, 2014 2:40 PM in response to katherinewaddellby sberman,I believe (not 100% positive, but quite certain) that you would have to handle this the same way as if you forgot a restrictions passcode.
Note: If you lose or forget a restriction passcode, you will need to perform a factory restore to remove it.

Feb 11, 2014 3:02 PM in response to katherinewaddellby Lyssa,It may be worth trying to restart the iPad (holding down the power button and home button till the apple logo shows up, then releasing them), then going into Settings to see if you can change the code for Guided Access.
I was able to do this on one iPad, so it doesn't hurt to give it a try.
If this doesn't work, you'll have to restore the iPad.
