Q: Hey I was wanting to buy an in-app purchase and it says ( your purchase could not be completed ) purchase failed can not connect to the App Store

Hey I was wanting to buy an in app purchase and it said ( your purchase could not be completed) then it says purchase failed can not connect to the iTunes Store?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1

    Check Restrictions on your iPhone ...

     

    Tap Settings > General > Restrictions

     

     

    If it's not a restrictions issue ...

     

    Reset the device:

     

    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

    If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

    No data is lost due to a reset.

    You will have to re enter your Wi-Fi password.
