Q: Adobe Reader vs Preview

I downloaded Adobe Reader and now my Preview does not work, especially for converting files to PDF in the print function. But if I delete Adobe Reader I cannot read some pdf files from the internet. What do I do to have both operational?

iMac, iOS 7.0.5

Hi mlkromer,

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on what exactly you mean by Preview not working. If you mean that PDFs no longer open in Preview by default, then you may find the following article on changing the default application for a file type helpful (it's an older article, but the same process still applies):
