I just spoke to very helpful advisor who refunded by 2 x purchases of unneeded icloud storage!

its NOT helpful trying to find it on the website at all

when you call it will suggest you need to pay £25 to purchase a "help call", unless you already have an agreement.  Just say "i have" when it asks you and you go straight through.

honestly, i complained it was not easy to find on their website and that a whole community of the customers are struggling to work it out.  i spoke with a SENIOR advisor and she was really lovely and very helpful.

Just tried to call  that number, and was informed that I would have to pay $19.95 to speak to anyone.  I am going directly to the Apple Store.  I, like everyone else, is VERY disappointed inhow difficult Apple makes it to get a refund on anything.

So when on vacation in the USA went to Apple store in NY

They could not assist me

Told me to call support

They wanted $$$ to hear me

They gave up money as a once exeption

They were very polite

They did not refund because it was an "old" issue

It became okd because could not get any assitance for months...

So

I got myself a brand new Galaxy S4

Yes calling this number worked for me, and I didn't even need to get a supervisor.
