Hi, I have updated my iphone 4 to a new update 7.1 but the personal hotspot disappeared. I tried all the way, resetting the network, restart my cell phone, and took it to local repairing shop but nothing helped me. Can anyone help?

Setting >> General >> Cellular >> Cellular Data Network >> Reset Setting
Restart (hold on/off button >> slide to power off)
