My computer froze while using itunes and all of my songs in library became unchecked. How to I recheck all the songs? (over 13,000 songs)

CTRL-click any empty check box from the Songs view.

Thanks, but when I went back to the library, every song was checked. I think I have a ghost in my computer. I had been selecting all songs and trying different buttons, wish I knew what I did right. Thanks, have a great evening.
