Q: can't activate my ipad. says that previous owner has it activated on their account and must remove it. i have noway to contact her ... can't activate my ipad. says that previous owner has it activated on their account and must remove it. i have noway to contact her because she moved out of country. Now what did I waste my money? more

Do they not have phones, email or even a postal service in the country she moved to?
