Apr 17, 2014 11:57 AM in response to mbbaby King_Penguin,It's the same app (e.g. it hasn't changed developers), you haven't changed countries since buying it, you are using the same account that you originally bought the app with ? And how did you redownload the app ? If you redownloaded it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on phone then you shouldn't have been charged - try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
