Q: How do you find your server URL that is apparently provided by IT?

I am struggling to set up my mail and a new citrix app which is asking for me to provide a valid email account or server address. How do you find the server address?

Please help a mac novice!

Many Citrix Apps are typically used to connect you to a remote machine and access it as if it was part of your own machine, but do so over a network.   Is that what you are trying to do?    If not, then you got the wrong App.  If it is an office e-mail, they need to provide you with all the login details.  Often it is just the e-mail address of the office and a password.  Some offices provide you with an RSA token, and that becomes part of your password.  You should really be contacting whomever suggested you try the Citrix App to determine why they want you to use it?
