Q: Problems Logic Pro 9.1.7 and OS X 10.9.2

Hello, I have problems with my Logic Pro 9.1.7 when I did the upload to OS X 10.9.2.

I've read that I have to upload to Logic Pro 9.1.8 but when I download the file to do it, It sends me to the App Store.

In the app store don't appears any upload of Logic.

What can I do? Do you know how can upload to Logic 9.1.8?

Thanks

Jose

    Hi

Did you originally buy LP9 on the Appstore? If yes, make sure that you are signed in with the correct ID

If no, you can download the updater manually here:

    Hi

Of course I bought Logic in the App Store.

The file that you send me is the same that I tried to install and the info that appears its the same, I have to update from App Store. I tried but they say that I don't have any upload

Thanks for the reply, but I don't know what to do

Sign out of the Appstore. Sign in again to the Appstore, making sure that you log in with the ID that you used to buy LP9.

I'm sure that I'm doing something wrong but I don't know what.

I did what CCTM said, exit App Store and enter again, but don't appear ways to install the latest version (9.1.8) of Logic Pro 9.

I'm sure I'm using my only account of Apple, I bought the software with it.

    ???

    Thanks in advance

Apart from ensuring you are signed into the Mac App Store using the same applie ID you used to purchase it in the first place.....

LP 9.1.8 update will be found under the update section of the Mac App Store only if...

    1) Your Logic Pro app is named Logic Pro (and not something else like Logic Pro 9 or Logic Pro 9.1.7 for example)

    2) The Logic Pro app must be in your Applications folder and not, for example, on your desktop or some other location.

Sorry but i'm having the same problem, i can't seem to find an update for Logic Pro 9. I've checked in my purchases, Logic Pro was there and next to it was an 'update' button, i clicked on it and i got this message saying 'error, try again'. Tried again and again, didn't work.

If you checked my previous post about this..

    https://discussions.apple.com/message/25531425#25531425

and you are sure everything is correctly named and in the correct place then....

Sign out of the Mac App Store using the menu item Store/Sign Out

    Restart your Mac

Launch the Mac App Store app and Sign in using the correct Apple ID you used to purchase Logic Pro

Look for any updated Terms and Conditions pop ups that may occur... that you have to agree to.

Also check your CC information is correct and still valid..

Try downloading any of the free apps on the Mac App Store... as a test...

    if that works then....

Try to install Logic Pro via the Purchase tab

If either the free app or Logic Pro fails to download, contact Apple directly and ask for their assistance.
