I would need clarification on what you mean by your Apple ID and password no longer work to better assist you. However, I would recommend attempting to sign into your Apple ID via a web browser on a computer here. If you are successful, attempt to sign in on the Apple TV again. I have included a couple troubleshooting articles that may help with this situation.
