I have the same Problem. I Update my Ipad2 to IOS7.1 with the forgotten password of Apple ID. I try to reset the password but there is no confirmation Email.

How can i activate my ipad? I did that many times but still there is no mail confirm to reset password. Why Apple is so bad?

How long should i wait? or should i stop using that device forever?
