Q: Phone stuck on enlarged screen

I didn't know what category this would fall in to but my iPhone 4 is stuck on an enlarged screen and will not go back to normal. I've tried clicking it with 3 fingers and it will not work. Also the lock button is broken so I cannot restart the phone. I also cannot click anything and I was wondering if I could do it through iTunes? I have the newest version of it but I can't find the restore iPhone section on it

    Hello SachoNacho,

It sounds like your phone screen is zoomed in but is not responding to triple tapping to zoom out. You can indeed configure the accessibility options in iTunes on your phone when you hve it connected. This article will help you do that:

    iOS: Configuring accessibility features

    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5018

    Managing accessibility features using iTunes

    1. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to any computer with iTunes installed.
    2. In iTunes, select your device.
    3. From the Summary pane, click Configure Universal Access in the Options section at the bottom.
    4. Select the feature you would like to use and click OK.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

    Cheers,

    Sterling

You have Zoom on... double tap with three fingers to turn it off.   Then, go into Settings > General > Accessibility to disable it.
