Q: Popping in Logic Pro X with 1024 buffer on late 2013 MBP !!! (mavericks)

It used to work just fine, I used to be able to have 128 buffer with no popping. I changed nothing, just booted up my mac today and this BS happens.

I'm using POD GX - all drivers up to date.

I have the late 2013 13" MBP Retina with 8gb of RAM.

As I said, It used to work just fine, and I changed nothing. Please Help !

I checked in Logic Pro 9, same thing, still popping.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

Do you restart / turn off your Mac when you disconnect your Midi keyboard?

    Or,,,

Do you just unplug/plug it in while your Mac is running? You could have popped your USB port which is why i asked you to try other USB2/3 ports on your Mac. .. and then test (and only plug in or /plug out when the Mac is off)

Also, there is a known issue regarding power or lack of it... when using some USB2 devices plugged into a USB3 port.... One common resolution for this issue is to plug the USB2 device into a powered USB2 hub that is then plugged into a USB3 port.... but its not a fix all.

So, in summary, its most likely going to be your Pod and it's OS X software drivers/software (simply because many people report similar issues using that hardware range) the USB2/3 issue which is well documented.. and/or something else connected to or installed in your system... or simply User error, which cannot be ruled out at this time

Ok, well I tried different USB ports, and it didn't change anything. But thanks for the help.
