belongs to my ex how do i get around the update and buy it myself so i can have microsoft word and other apps myself OS X 10.9.2 I cant get microsoft word to work and when i press update softwear it says it belongs to my ex, what can i delete and place in my name HELP !!
Try signing into the App Store with your Apple ID, download Mavericks, and re-install the OS. Any other applications purchased with your ex's Apple ID will have to be repurchased so you will be able to download updates.
