as powerpc macs are old newer programs and apps will use cocoa not Rosetta read more here

you can also check steam for games they seem to have many mac supprted games

(If you see an ad there for something called MacKeeper, ignore it and on no account install it - it is malware.)
And there is of course also the App Store!
Not to mention Google....

You'll have to run Snow Leopard either on a separate partition on your hard drive, or in a virtual machine, but if you want to rum Snow Leopard in a virtual machine, you'll need Snow Leopard Server.
To buy one of these operating systems, you have to call Apple, because they're not to be found in the online store.
