Apr 27, 2014 10:39 AM in response to cfoaballerby Eric Root,Are you getting any error messages? Have you checked the App Store Purchases tab to see if Mavericks shows there and to see if there is a resume button? Does your Internet work for e-mail/browsing?
Try resetting the App Store and Clearing Cookies.
Sometimes booting into the Safe Mode helps.
