If you don't want a credit card on file, then choose the None option. If you don't see a None option, follow these instructions;

Apr 30, 2014 2:37 PM in response to Dah•veedby Jacub,when It tells me to enter my ID pasword I do but then the edit payment information page pops up and it has a button that says none but when I press that option amd press done it asks me if I still want to buy logic pro x from the app store and I press yes then it tells me to log in to my apple ID and asks me to pick a payment option again?

Apr 30, 2014 2:46 PM in response to Jacubby Dah•veed,I needed to check the price of the software that you want. $200 doesn't cover the cost of Logic Pro X. The US store's prices do not show the local sales taxes that the MAS will have to add to your purchase in the final steps of the sale. That is why you are being asked for an additional payment method. If you are not going to supply a credit card, then you will need to add another iTunes Gift Card to cover the cost of whatever the sales taxes are on $199.99 there where you live.
