May 21, 2014 6:02 PM in response to davidsh_seattleby vizzini1,have iTunes 11.2 installed. I am runnng XP on an iPhone 5 using iOS 7. All the steps work until I get to the drivers folder. There is no "+" dropdown, just the folder that says Drivers. How/where do I locate the usbaapl driver since it is just the single folder? When I try to proceed by selecting that folder it does the "instaling driver" dialogue with the "Wizard",says it's installed and lets me click Finish. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance, I know you are probably sick of this issue.
