May 1, 2014 12:14 PM in response to Jonna1122by ChrisJ4203,If you have restrictions enabled, which requires a passcode, the only way to remove that is to restore the phone as new, not from a backup. If the phone locks and requires a 4 digit passcode to open, you would also need to restore the phone as new to remove that passcode, although you will be able to restore to a backup once you have removed that passcode. You cannot restore from a backup if your passcode is for Restictions, as the Restrictions passcode is part of the backup and would be restored as well.
