I have been trying to add more Icloud memory. I've updated my card and there looks like a transaction has been made according to my bank but there isn't any options popping up. Can you please look on my account and see what's going on?

You aren't addressing Apple here. We are all users like you. If you want to confirm that your iCloud storage upgrade when through, contact the Apple online store for your country (1-800-MY-APPLE in the U.S. and Canada).
