May 2, 2014 1:06 PM in response to bentals7abby Niel,You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Aug 26, 2016 9:55 AM in response to abartalshatby King_Penguin,If you can't reset them yourself (i.e. you don't have a verified rescue email address on the account) : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support
Then contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) to get them reset : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
