Q: how can i recover my contacts from icloud after the hacker deleted it?

Hello

I lost my mobile and my account was hacked, I could recover the login using the security questions, but after that i noticed that all my contacts was deleted! i do not have a backup, how can i recover my contacts? is there anyway to contact the support to recover my contacts?

If you have an iCloud backup of your old phone, you may be able to recover your contacts by restoring the backup to a replacement phone following Winston Churchill's user tip here: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4841. If you don't have a backup there is no way to restore them.
