Q: Can I Trade My iPod Nano 6th Generation For A New One?

HI! Someone just gave me a used, iPod Nano 6th Generation and the power button is stuck and the screen doesn't really work. Like whenever I try to click on something, it clicks something else. I was wondering if I could trade it in for a new one? Help!? Thanks.

You can do an out-of-warranty replacement (you will get a service replacement 6th Generation) for $65/$75 depending upon whether it is an 8 or 16 GB model. Make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store.
