Q: My touch screen is not responsive

Including when I try to power it off. To complete the power off, you have to slide the power off section of the touch screen. But it doesn't register because....it's not working. Catch-22. Anyone find a solution? Why did it freeze, and (once I run down the battery and recharge), how can I fix it?

Try this First... No Data will be Lost..

Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...

Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...

Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)

Release the Buttons...

More > Frozen or unresponsive iPhone
